We’re looking for a Chief Experience Officer who cares deeply about the impact a user’s experience has on the business and how digital and physical experiences are engineered to drive commercial success who wants to work in a SaaS business with a rapidly expanding customer base. Launched in three continents and five countries. With annual revenues more than £20Million, over 86,000 clients and 300,000 active monthly users our growth has been exceptional with product and service offering developing at an extraordinary pace. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers both current and future get an experience that acquires, engages, retains customers to drive the commercial success of the business.
What you'll be doing
BrightHR is a maturing SaaS platform for the management of HR, Health and Safety and associated business concerns. The business has embraced incremental product delivery preferring to release features to customers as early as possible to test the market. We also embrace lean product delivery balancing operational and product debt with speed to market and customer acquisition.
The delivery teams work as cross functional product teams with all the skills required to deliver features. Until now we have optimised for feature delivery to acquire new clients. We expect you to have experience of what a superb customer experience looks like, where our entire journey has opportunity for improvement, be able to determine what that change should be able to drive that change through the existing delivery, service and marketing teams.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an existing Chief Experience Officer or an experienced service designer, with commercial experience of a B2B SaaS business to influence the direction and help us define and build a superb customer experience. You will have experience in user experience, user research, digital product design, customer service and marketing with strong expertise in how to align and improve the customers experience. You will be able to able to coach and mentor the teams and engage inform and negotiate with a diverse and senior set of stakeholders.
We want someone who can understand the needs of our customers and make decisions based on high volumes of data. You’ll love collaborating with designers researchers, service and delivery teams, and can create a vision for a world class experience.

Salary up to £120,000
