According to PWC, there’s been a rise in Irish employees considering a job switch in the next year due to rising workloads and rapid workplace changes.

With 53% planning to ask for a pay rise, and 60% feeling financially stressed, it’s safe to say that cost-of-living crisis could be motivating staff to move to pastures anew…

The Health and Safety Authority (HSA) is putting tractor safety and farmer wellbeing in the spotlight at this year’s National Ploughing Championships. With tractors and machinery being the main culprits in farm accidents, the HSA wants to showcase the best way to handle these machines safely.

Conor O’Brien, HSA’s chief, highlighted the tragic toll of farm accidents, urging farmers to adopt safe practices, and seek guidance on health and wellbeing on farms.
