BrightHR makes list of Top 100 best companies to work for in the UK

BrightHR has been named on the Top 100 Best Companies list. The Manchester-based company was rated “A very good company to work for”, coming in at #16 on the Best Companies to Work For in the Business Service Sector as well as #97 on the nationwide Best Large Company to Work For list.

The people-management software company was established in 2015 and since gone on win multiple awards including the Feefo Platinum awards and SaaS Company of the Year at the UK Business Tech Awards.

Alan Price, CEO at BrightHR, says: “These awards mean so much to us as they recognise the priority we put on creating a workplace to be proud of. Our employees are at the heart of everything we do, and we’re thrilled that the work we have put into supporting our staff is paying off.

“We’ve worked hard to create an environment where everyone feels supported, included and valued. That’s why we host quarterly town hall meetings and invite staff to submit questions monthly.

“These strategies have helped create a better workplace culture, reduced staff turnover and increased our productivity and we’re happy that this award recognises that.

“We work to support our staff both in and out of the workplace. That’s why we offer benefits like an Employee Assistance Programme and profit related pay, and why 81% of our staff agree that we invest in their personal growth.

“I’m delighted that these awards have recognised what an incredible place BrightHR is for people to make their career.”
